As much as I agree that popup ads are annoying, they can be a very good source of traffic sometimes. When they are targeted to your audience, they may bring you a lot of potential customers.October 30, 2016 at 11:40 am #1672
I think WordPress is the best and easiest platform to build websites. It’s so quick to get started and there is a large range of plugins that make everything so simple.October 30, 2016 at 11:38 am #1671
I have never tried Twitter ads, but I have heard that they are extremely expensive. I also prefer using Facebook ads because you have so many different options to choose from.October 29, 2016 at 9:16 am #1647
In my opinion, while sales skills could be in-born, it is definitely possible to learn them and become really good at them if the person has the drive and the right attitude.October 29, 2016 at 9:13 am #1646
I have seen similar videos on some websites as well and they really look great. I have no idea if it is easy to do or not, so simply renting a camera may not be as effective as hiring someone to shoot it if you are not a professional in my opinion.October 29, 2016 at 9:11 am #1645
I have a cooking blog where I post recipes from time to time, but I don’t do it as often as I would like to unfortunately. I never have enough time!October 29, 2016 at 9:10 am #1644
I like to play paintball whenever I can gather a group of friends together. Otherwise, I play video games twice to three times a week. At the moment, I am playing The Witcher 3.October 27, 2016 at 4:45 pm #1594
My own personal rule for keyword density that has worked for me for years is to have it in the following: the H1 title, H2 title, the image tags and in the short description (the one that shows up in the Google search results). Then I just sprinkle it around the content in each paragraph without overdoing it.
If you are using WordPress as your blogging platform, I suggest the Yoast plugin; it makes everything so much easier.October 27, 2016 at 4:39 pm #1592
This is one platform I have never played with; I really don’t know why. I am sure LinkedIn has something to offer to all niches, but I am not sure where to get started with it.October 27, 2016 at 4:38 pm #1591
Pinterest is a visual social media platform that caters for women mostly, as mentioned by RDM. I also think it’s a great network to start building a following and promote your real estate business.October 25, 2016 at 6:00 pm #1532
Logos are definitely an important part of branding in any business. Having a logo that stands out is a great way to make your potential customers memorize your brand.
I also agree that logos should be simple and easy to remember.October 25, 2016 at 5:58 pm #1531
I have another question about videos in real estate. I have seen some whiteboard animation types on YouTube and I was really curious whether they work or not. What do you guys think about those?October 21, 2016 at 4:13 pm #1466
Hi Seth, in order to have a winning campaign, you need to first test your market and collect data in order to be able to have a laser-targeted audience. Once you have your audience defined, you will be able to have a good ROI. This is a long process and you will need to invest a little time and money in order to learn it well.October 21, 2016 at 4:09 pm #1463
I agree with you as well. Marketing should be an ongoing process as acquiring new customers is never be a bad thing for any kind of business.October 19, 2016 at 4:40 pm #1410
The cost for advertising on Google will depend on whether your competition for a certain keyword is high or low. If you choose high competition keywords, you are more likely to pay much more per click; and the other way round.
