They most definitely work. So far, I think Facebook is the easiest platform to generate traffic as most of the users find it so easy to use. I have bought many products before simply because someone suggested checking a page on Facebook. Just out of curiosity, are you referring to the Facebook pages?

Pop-up screens annoy me to the core. I hardly click on them when visiting any website. Meg, you could clarify how we can utilize this, in as far as targeting specific customers is concerned. Nonetheless, and based on what I have heard, people find pop-up screens to be really intrusive.

That’s true Stanley and I think this is why it is important to concentrate on analytics so as to have an idea of how to allocate resources, based on need. Competition is so stiff and coming up with creative modalities is actually the way to go. An entity cannot afford to remain static in terms of creativity; it will definitely lag behind.

I think that whereas customer support can be there for 24 hours, at times it takes too long for a response to be attended to. This doesn’t give the business a good image at all. It is important to walk the talk and engage your audience frequently.

The truth of the matter is that 360-degree videos are on the rise meaning that home buyers need to consider coming up with a variety of content. There’s really no need to spend a lot of money on the high-end cameras considering that you can actually get a good quality 360-degree camera for as low as $350.

Market dynamics change all the time, so a business that just sticks to one strategy will struggle to close deals at some point. I think research is important because you want to understand what the client expects and what the competition is offering. It is always better when it is a win-win situation.

I have seen most businesses settle on a very complicated logo that doesn’t clearly spell out the core concentration of the company at a first glance. In my view, I think branding goes a long way to cutting a market niche. Customers want to remember a company because of the first impression. What better way to get people talking than impress them with a great logo?

I agree with all of you. Have you ever been to a website that had so many other ads with no relationship whatsoever to the main site? It’s really annoying when you are trying to browse through a website and all these ads keep coming up. I prefer a website that doesn’t have so many distractions.

Making presentations still challenges me to date. I think it is not any different whether it is being done to 5 or 100 people. I believe it gets better with time but I think preparation is very important. I have never tried practising in front of a mirror. Does it really work?

I stopped travelling just for fun until I realized that there is more value in doing so as a way of gathering ideas for business. I have been to various continents and it is such a thrilling experience getting to see the diversity of the real estate industry, in general.

The fact that you can sign up for a business account with Pinterest may mean that it may act as an effective platform. I have heard people talk of features like analytic tools and I believe this is what any business person needs. I am yet to use it though.

What I know is that you can get your message to a large number of prospective clients at a low cost, not to mention the fast deliverability. I am not sure if they give low quality leads (I would have to research on this) but based on the fact that you are driving targeted traffic to your offers, there may be a chance of getting good leads.

I agree that the design should appeal to your buyers and not be too busy. It is much easier going to a website and accessing content quite easily as opposed to digging through so as to find information.

We always need to ensure that we get the right fit, in terms of specialization, for the sales and any other team for that matter. In the end, I think this enables the existence of a successful team,

You mention that this is a small business and my guess is that you want to start small. As Meg has mentioned, it will be beneficial to first test your market, after cutting out your target market or niche. I feel that this is a step-by-step process that will require patience and time.
